The Senior HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, supporting multiple business units and addressing complex workforce issues. The role involves leading high-impact HR projects, driving organizational change, and executing advanced talent strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

- Drive strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives aligned with business goals
- Lead advanced employee relations and develop a high-performance culture
- Ensure HR policy governance and organizational compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement performance and leadership development frameworks
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level HR advisory
- Lead organizational learning programs and future skills development initiatives
Experience & skills
- 7ā10 years of progressive HR experience in a multinational banking or corporate environment
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification in Strategy, Change Management, or Talent Development preferred
- Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning, HR analytics, and business transformation
- Advanced knowledge of employment law, risk mitigation, and corporate governance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive coaching skills
- Experience in large-scale change management and organizational design
- Proficiency in HR technology, analytics, and digital HR tools
