Job description
A missed notice period on a Bloomberg or FactSet contract can lock an investment organisation into another year it did not want, and preventing that is central to this Abu Dhabi position. Market data and financial information subscriptions from Bloomberg, LSEG (Refinitiv / Thomson Reuters), FactSet, Nasdaq, MSCI and S&P Global are managed here across their full lifecycle. A forward renewal calendar at 90, 60 and 30 days before each notice date drives departmental decisions to renew, amend or terminate. Order forms, data licence agreements and exchange policies are reviewed before signature, with price uplifts, multi-year commitments, redistribution rights and audit clauses challenged where needed. TRG Screen Optimize is the main tool, connected to Oracle Fusion and Accounts Payable, and you act as its business owner and power user. Budgets, cost allocations and invoice validation against contract terms are part of the job, as are AI-supported dashboards on spend, renewals and utilisation. Wider Procurement work and backup for the Sourcing team come up as well. Candidates need 8 to 10 years in procurement, contracts or vendor management, ideally with market data subscriptions, a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or Business, and CIPS, CPSM, CPP or equivalent certification. Salary is AED 30,000 a month.
Required skills

- Maintain a department-wise inventory of services, users, licence types, costs and contract dates reconciled with invoices and entitlement reports
- Keep the Financial Information Services List current through periodic reviews with departments and Executive Admins
- Recommend consolidation, downgrade or cancellation of under-used, duplicated or overlapping licences
- Review order forms, subscription and data licence agreements and exchange policies before signature and at renewal
- Track auto-renewal clauses and termination notice periods and act before each deadline
- Run a forward renewal calendar at 90, 60 and 30 days before notice dates to secure departmental decisions
- Issue formal non-renewal or termination notices and keep evidence on file

- Lead sourcing and renewals through RFQs, benchmarking and direct awards within the Delegation of Authority
- Negotiate pricing, enterprise arrangements and renewal terms, and report savings
- Champion TRG Screen Optimize as business owner and support rollout of the TRG Order Management module
- Ensure the MDS process in Oracle Fusion works end to end, including the TRG-to-Accounts Payable integration
