Job description
Monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for both new and pre-owned vehicles sit on your desk as Branch Sales Manager at Al Ghurair Mobility's Abu Dhabi showroom. You execute branch sales strategy to hit those targets while preparing and monitoring the branch budget, operating expenses and profitability, controlling cost and optimizing resource allocation along the way. Add-on products get pushed deliberately to increase profitability, and daily branch operations are overseen in line with compliance standards set by the Company and other stakeholders. Showroom inventory and display standards stay aligned with OEM requirements, and HSSE mandates get implemented without exception. High performing associates, both frontline and support, get recruited, trained and retained, with training and development delivered in line with the AG Auto way of selling. Customer relationship strategy drives sales, retention and loyalty while keeping the customer experience consistent across sales and aftersales. Daily activities and performance metrics are tracked closely, with corrective action taken wherever shortfalls appear and regular meetings held to keep the team aligned. Customer discounts, trade-in values, cash flows, accounts receivable and second facing all get tracked to protect margin and maximize every sales opportunity.
