Job description
The role is responsible for delivering high-quality mobility and VIP technical support across duās executive and operational environment. This includes planning daily and weekly workloads, mapping resources to ensure KPI achievement, and producing detailed weekly and monthly operational and agent performance reports. The engineer handles complex VIP software and hardware requirements, coordinates timely upgrades for senior management to avoid business disruption, and monitors escalation workflows to safeguard service quality and response times. The position works closely with internal teams to maintain optimal desktop network performance and resolve issues affecting executive users. Strong telecom infrastructure knowledge, leadership capability, and bilingual communication are essential.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Plan weekly and daily workloads with appropriate resource allocation to achieve KPI targets
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for agents and operations
- Support implementation of complex VIP hardware and software requirements
- Plan and execute software and hardware updates for executive management to ensure business continuity
- Monitor escalation workflows to ensure quality and response times meet service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain optimal desktop network performance
- Provide technical support aligned with telecom infrastructure best practices
- Assist in maintaining operational readiness and continuous improvement across support functions
Experience & skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technology or IT services roles
- Bachelorās degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- Strong technical knowledge of telecom infrastructure
- Ability to lead teams and demonstrate strategic thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic fluency preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience supporting complex technical environments
- Ability to manage VIP expectations and deliver premium-grade technical support
