Job description
The Senior Executive - Human Resources (Cluster) role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia within Landmark Group supports HR operations and employee relations processes across a cluster of retail, hospitality, food, and leisure business units within one of the GCC’s largest omnichannel retail and hospitality organizations. Landmark Group, established in 1973 in Bahrain, has grown into a global retail and hospitality group operating over 2200 retail stores, leisure, and hospitality outlets across GCC, Middle East, India, Southeast Asia, and Africa. The role supports HR operations across multiple brands including Max, Splash, Babyshop, Centrepoint, Shoemart, Homecentre, Emax, Fitness First, and Funcity, ensuring alignment with HR policies, employee relations frameworks, and operational HR processes. The Senior Executive will contribute to employee relations processes, HR operations management, HR documentation, compliance with organizational policies, and workforce coordination across cluster operations. The role involves supporting HR governance, maintaining HR procedures, ensuring compliance across multi-site operations, and supporting HR reporting requirements. The position requires coordination across retail and hospitality operations, contributing to employee engagement, HR administration, and operational HR effectiveness within a large-scale omnichannel retail organization operating across multiple regions and brands.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee relations processes across cluster operations by supporting grievance handling, disciplinary processes, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with HR policies across retail, hospitality, food, and leisure outlets.
- Support HR operations across multiple brands within the cluster including Max, Splash, Babyshop, Centrepoint, Shoemart, Homecentre, Emax, Fitness First, and Funcity by coordinating HR administration and operational HR requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, organizational procedures, and regulatory requirements across multi-site operations within retail and hospitality environments.
- Coordinate workforce management activities including employee documentation, HR records maintenance, and HR reporting for cluster operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and operational teams to support HR governance, employee engagement, and operational HR effectiveness across the cluster.
- Support implementation of HR processes and procedures across retail stores, leisure outlets, and hospitality locations within the cluster.
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in HR reporting, data tracking, and operational HR analysis to support decision-making and workforce planning across cluster operations.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate experience in Human Resources operations and employee relations processes within retail, hospitality, or multi-site operational environments.
- Possess knowledge of HR operations, HR administration, employee relations, and workforce management processes.
- Demonstrate ability to manage HR activities across cluster or multi-location business environments.
- Show understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, and HR governance frameworks.
- Demonstrate experience supporting HR documentation, HR reporting, and HR operational processes.
- Possess ability to coordinate with stakeholders across retail, hospitality, and leisure business functions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of employee engagement initiatives and HR operational support functions.
- Show experience working within large-scale organizations or multi-brand environments.
