Job description
The Commercial Account Executive - Acquisition at Snowflake in Dubai is responsible for driving new business acquisition through a consultative sales approach in the cloud data and analytics domain. This inside sales role requires generating new opportunities, researching prospective customers, qualifying leads, building, and managing an accurate sales funnel and pipeline. The role involves selling solutions with high energy, performing web-based presentations, and engaging directly with VP and C-Suite executives, navigating complex organizations with multiple decision-makers. The position demands consistent high-volume activity, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling, while strategically building and managing accounts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. The executive will embrace Snowflake’s Command of the Message sales strategies, drive individual and team performance, and contribute to the rapid growth of Snowflake by delivering innovative and tailored solutions to clients. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and the position requires strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling capabilities, combined with creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced technology sales environment.

- Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities within prospective customers using inside sales techniques.
- Methodically qualify leads, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline to ensure visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Strategically manage accounts to close new business and grow existing accounts while applying consultative sales methodologies.
- Sell Snowflake solutions using web-based presentations, outbound calls, emails, and social selling techniques to engage customers effectively.
- Engage with VP and C-Suite executives and multiple decision-makers in large, complex organizations to drive solution adoption and close deals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while adhering to Snowflake’s sales strategies and best practices.
- Embrace and apply Snowflake’s Command of the Message sales strategies to ensure alignment with company-wide sales methodology.
- Maintain a high level of activity and organization, demonstrating flexibility, creativity, and attention to detail in a dynamic sales environment.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in full cycle sales with prior experience closing new business deals.
- Experience in a high-paced technology industry, ideally in cloud, data, or analytics solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present formally and informally to staff, clients, and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and driving pipeline management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to think creatively to drive sales success and develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, highly organized, and coachable to adapt to a fast-moving sales environment.
- Fluent in Arabic with strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
