bp is seeking a Thermal Management Middle East Market Development Manager to spearhead growth in the data center cooling market, with a focus on Castrol's liquid cooling solutions. The role involves building strategic partnerships, developing customer pipelines, and serving as the local champion for this emerging business line, ensuring knowledge transfer, innovation adoption, and market share expansion in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for thermal management growth in the ME region
- Lead liquid cooling business development, from prospecting to deal closure
- Build and manage customer pipelines and partnerships with OEMs, facility providers, and industry bodies
- Develop strategic partnerships with regional and global cooling technology players
- Collaborate with global teams to transfer best practices and adapt offers for local markets
- Represent Castrol in industry events, expanding brand visibility and influence
- Gather and share customer and market insights to shape strategy
- Drive profitability and long-term growth through innovative commercial strategies
- Support local deployment of global offers and tailor them to regional needs
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Experience in commercial/business development, ideally in data centers, cooling solutions, or IT facility management
- Strong industry network in the ME data center/IT ecosystem
- Proven ability to develop and maintain senior-level customer relationships
- Experience bringing new solutions to market and driving adoption
- Ability to work effectively in fast-changing and uncertain environments
- Team leadership experience preferred
