The Senior Cyber Broker – MENA Cyber Practice role at Marsh is based in Dubai International Financial Centre and operates within the Regional Cyber team responsible for the development, placement, and servicing of Cyber insurance business across the MENA region. This hybrid role requires office presence at least three days per week. The position focuses on managing strategic marketing efforts for new, renewal, and prospective cyber accounts, leveraging deep technical understanding of Cyber Insurance, Technology Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, and Crime insurance coverages. The role collaborates closely with Marsh’s regional organization, retail network, and global Cyber hubs to deliver specialist client servicing, product solutions, and market access. Responsibilities include developing placement strategies, analyzing carrier quotes, managing policy administration, maintaining data integrity in client management systems, and generating revenue through Marsh Cyber Advisory and cross-selling other Marsh products. The Senior Cyber Broker applies industry and insurance marketplace expertise to assess client exposures, develop complex risk solutions, articulate value propositions, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting growth initiatives across the MENA Cyber Practice.
