Job description
The role involves designing and managing CRM journeys that optimize conversion, retention, and revenue at scale for millions of traders. Responsibilities include building AI-driven personalized journeys, analyzing test and performance data, and scaling effective campaigns while ensuring compliance. The executive will work across multiple channels including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and WhatsApp/Telegram. Hands-on expertise in HubSpot is essential for advanced workflow automation, custom properties and objects, API integrations, and performance reporting. The role emphasizes data-driven experimentation, lifecycle management, behavior-based automation, predictive insights, dynamic personalization, and revenue attribution. Candidates will design scalable CRM programs, improve funnel stages such as signup drop-offs, verification friction, deposit abandonment, and reactivation of inactive users. They will balance creative ideas with analytical insights, manage cross-functional dependencies, and build systemsânot just campaignsâthat enhance lifetime value for high-intent and high-value users.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Design CRM journeys for acquisition and lifecycle management with clear goals and hypotheses
- Build scalable CRM solutions using HubSpot including complex workflow automation, custom properties and objects, API integrations, and attribution/performance reporting
- Analyze data to identify patterns and opportunities and design/run A/B tests within HubSpot
- Implement AI-driven triggers for acquisition and retention, applying predictive insights and dynamic personalization
- Manage multi-channel CRM across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and WhatsApp/Telegram
- Ensure all CRM activities meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Identify manual or repetitive processes and recommend automation solutions to improve efficiency
Experience & skills
- 3+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation experience (B2C preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot including workflow automation, custom properties, and integrations
- Experience with behavior-based automation, custom events, and revenue attribution/reporting
- Exposure to multi-channel campaigns including mobile and real-time channels
- Proficiency in data analysis, experimentation, and running tests
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution of CRM workflows
- Experience designing end-to-end customer journeys focused on conversion, revenue, and retention
