Job description
The role involves designing visually engaging assets for organic social media channels, including static and motion graphics, to elevate Revolutâs brand presence and connect with audiences in innovative ways. It requires creating compelling content for campaigns with full ownership from initial concept to final delivery to drive engagement and foster community. The position collaborates closely with Brand Studio, Product, Marketing, and other teams to craft content aligned with brand voice and broader campaigns across various deadlines. Responsibilities include collecting design inspiration, building moodboards, storyboards, and concept presentations, applying a strategic approach to organic social media, and making design decisions focused on audience engagement, brand storytelling, and community-building. The role requires expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud appsâespecially After Effectsâas well as experience producing creatives for digital paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google App. Creating templates and scalable design solutions is essential, while familiarity with 3D design, animation, and Cinema 4D is considered a plus.

Experience & skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a visual, brand and/or motion designer
- Expertise in Figma
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially After Effects
- Experience producing creatives for digital paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google App
- Strong conceptual thinking
- Experience creating templates and scalable design solutions
