Job description
The Senior Cloudflare One GTM Specialist role is a senior consultative sales and go-to-market position responsible for driving revenue growth and product adoption of the Cloudflare One (CF1) portfolio across the region. The role serves as the segment lead for CF1 sales, providing deep subject matter expertise across converged networking and security services including Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Security Service Edge (SSE), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), Data Protection including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Email Security (CES), and Software Defined WAN (SD-WAN). The position partners closely with account executives, technical sales teams, channel partners, product management, product marketing, demand generation, enablement, and partner organizations to advise on sales strategy, pipeline development, partner engagement, competitive positioning, and strategic deal execution from discovery through close. The role involves presenting to strategic customers as an expert on SASE, SSE, and Email Security solutions, aligning Director- and C-level business value with Cloudflare’s transformational objectives in securing remote work, modernizing corporate networks, adopting SASE/SSE architectures, and enhancing data protection. The Senior GTM Specialist supports regional CF1 quota attainment, provides regular business reviews to management, builds territory plans, drives new logo acquisition, and establishes a continuous feedback loop to influence product and go-to-market strategy while acting as a thought leader, trusted advisor, and spokesperson for Cloudflare One.

Key responsibilities
- Grow Cloudflare One revenue and drive product adoption as the segment lead for CF1 sales
- Advise sales leadership on opportunities, programs, and strategies to accelerate CF1 revenue growth
- Partner with technical sales teams to support solution positioning, architecture discussions, and deal execution
- Enable account executives with product positioning, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market guidance
- Develop and execute sales strategies and pipeline generation plans with regional and country sales leaders
- Support strategic deals end-to-end from discovery through close for Cloudflare One opportunities
- Present Cloudflare One SASE, SSE, and Email Security solutions to strategic customers and executive stakeholders
- Align C-level and Director-level business value with Cloudflare solutions addressing remote work security, network modernization, SASE/SSE adoption, and data protection
- Develop and maintain strong partner relationships to expand CF1 market reach
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to management highlighting progress, challenges, and revenue attainment
- Create and maintain a feedback loop with Product Management, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Enablement, Programs, and Partner teams
- Act as a thought leader, trusted advisor, and spokesperson for the Cloudflare One SASE platform
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience selling or supporting sales of cybersecurity, networking, identity management, cloud, or SaaS solutions
- Demonstrate technical expertise in SASE, SSE, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP, SD-WAN, and Email Security
- Show experience building territory plans, prospecting, and acquiring new logos in competitive markets
- Maintain knowledge of key market players and competitors in software-defined networking, zero trust, and cybersecurity solutions
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree
- Be willing to travel 10–20% as required
- Meet eligibility requirements related to access to information governed by U.S. export control laws
