Job description
The Country Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales operations, driving market growth, and strengthening customer relationships across the region within a technology and industrial solutions environment. The role involves developing and executing country-level sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives, identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence across key sectors, and driving revenue growth by building strong pipelines and closing high-value deals. The position requires monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities while managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements, and ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet client expectations and project requirements. The role also includes leading and mentoring sales teams, setting performance objectives, monitoring sales performance metrics, conducting training sessions, and fostering a high-performance culture. Additionally, the Country Sales Manager oversees sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue planning, CRM systems, sales tracking tools, budgeting, and resource allocation. The role also involves developing relationships with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators, supporting market expansion, representing the organization at industry events, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions while managing complex sales cycles and large-scale projects across regional operations.

Experience & skills
- Hold Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Demonstrate 8–12 years of experience in sales or business development within technology, industrial solutions, or related sectors
- Demonstrate experience managing regional or country-level sales operations
- Demonstrate experience leading high-performing sales teams
