Job description
The role of Partnership Manager – Insurance Ecosystem is responsible for leading the development and management of a comprehensive ecosystem of value-added partners designed to enhance the customer journey across insurance products including Motor, Home, Medical, Travel, and other retail insurance lines. The position focuses on identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and managing strategic partners such as repair workshops, home service providers, travel platforms, health service providers, digital apps, fintechs, wellness programs, and lifestyle partners that complement insurance offerings. The mandate includes developing partnership proposals, defining commercial terms and value propositions aligned with Orient Insurance’s product strategy, negotiating contracts and partnership agreements with a focus on commercial viability and regulatory compliance, and integrating partners into insurance propositions through close coordination with product, claims, IT, marketing, legal, and operations teams. The role contributes directly to creating differentiated customer experiences, improving customer retention, and driving new revenue opportunities through ecosystem integration. It also involves monitoring partner performance using KPIs, service levels, and customer satisfaction metrics, conducting periodic business reviews, researching and mapping ecosystem partners across the UAE and GCC, staying informed on emerging technologies, platforms, and consumer trends relevant to insurance value-added services, and providing regular performance and pipeline updates to senior management.

Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic ecosystem partners across auto services, home services, travel platforms, healthcare, wellness, fintech, and lifestyle sectors
- Develop partnership proposals, commercial terms, and value propositions aligned with Orient Insurance’s product strategy
- Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements ensuring commercial viability and regulatory compliance
- Design partnership-based add-ons in collaboration with product teams to enhance Motor, Home, Travel, and Medical insurance propositions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including product, claims, IT, marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner integration
- Manage day-to-day partner relationships as the primary point of contact and oversee ongoing collaboration
- Monitor partner performance through KPIs, service levels, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure sustained value delivery for both Orient Insurance and partners
- Research and map potential ecosystem partners within the UAE and GCC region
- Identify innovative ecosystem opportunities based on emerging technologies, platforms, and consumer trends
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to co-develop joint campaigns, customer offers, and cross-promotions
- Work with Operations and Claims teams to optimize partner-related processes
- Provide regular pipeline, performance, and strategic opportunity updates to senior management
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred
- Possess 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, ecosystem development, or vendor management
- Demonstrate experience within insurance, banking, fintech, telecom, or consumer services sectors
- Exhibit strong contract management and commercial acumen
- Show experience working with service providers, aggregators, digital platforms, or B2B partnerships
- Maintain the ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate understanding of the UAE insurance market
