Job description
The role focuses on expanding OKX’s CIS P2P marketplace by acquiring and managing merchants, developing partnerships, and driving sustainable growth across metrics such as liquidity, trading volumes, merchant activation, and user retention. The position involves executing a comprehensive P2P strategy built on data-driven KPIs, monitoring key market metrics and regional trends including legislation updates, industry news, and macro events, and coordinating P2P campaigns with the Growth team. It includes partnership management with trading schools, handling merchant escalations, distributing branded swag for retention, and supporting product teams by escalating merchant needs to ensure timely delivery of solutions. The role also requires collaboration with the Risk team to assist with scam case reviews, analyze user-side scam patterns, and propose mitigation measures. Responsibilities include attending industry events, presenting OKX materials, and reporting performance insights to cross-functional teams. Strong communication in English and native Russian, understanding of crypto/P2P operations, and the ability to build merchant trust through daily management rather than promotional dependency are essential.

Key responsibilities
- Acquire merchants, manually onboard partners, and manage ongoing partnerships
- Monitor key market metrics and analyze drivers of organic changes including legislation updates, industry news, and regional events
- Design, execute, and promote P2P campaigns in collaboration with the Growth team
- Partner with trading schools by onboarding students, assigning merchant status, and monitoring performance
- Distribute branded swag to merchants and partners as part of retention initiatives
- Coordinate with the Product team by escalating merchant and market requests and ensuring timely delivery of solutions
- Handle escalations from merchants and other P2P partners
- Report on performance metrics and initiatives to management and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with the Risk team to assist with scam case reviews and analyze scam patterns while proposing mitigation ideas
- Attend events, engage with merchants and partners, and present OKX materials
Experience & skills
- Fluency in English and native Russian language proficiency
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is preferred
- Familiarity with P2P operational processes and ability to build merchant trust through service and daily management
- Organized, meticulous, and result-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong team mindset and solid work ethic
