Job description
The Executive - Brand Strategy & Creative at GMG in Dubai is responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand strategy across the organizationās Sports, Food, Health, and Consumer Goods verticals. This role contributes to creating and launching new brands and sub-brands, defining brand positioning, purpose, personality, tone of voice, and architecture. Responsibilities include translating strategic direction into brand stories, manifestos, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives, ensuring storytelling consistency across all touchpoints. The role also supports creative ideation, mood boards, visual territories, concept development, brand books, and high-quality presentations, translating complex thinking into visually compelling narratives. The Executive supports product storytelling, category narratives, consumer and cultural research, trend scanning, competitive brand analysis, and ensures alignment of brand initiatives with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Support creation and launch of new brands and sub-brands from concept to execution
- Assist in defining brand positioning, purpose, personality, tone of voice, and architecture
- Translate strategic direction into brand stories, manifestos, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives
- Develop messaging pillars aligned with brand positioning and ensure storytelling consistency across decks and materials
- Contribute to ideation for brand launches, campaigns, and collaborations
- Develop mood boards, visual territories, and concept explorations
- Support creation of brand books, including story & manifesto, tone of voice, visual identity systems, and application guidelines
- Build high-quality keynote and PowerPoint presentations to communicate strategy and initiatives
- Translate complex strategic thinking into visually compelling storytelling for leadership, launch, and strategic decks
- Support product storytelling, category narratives, and commercial alignment with brand strategy
- Conduct consumer and cultural research, trend scanning, visual benchmarking, and competitive brand analysis
Experience & skills
- 6 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, advertising, or research within a brand, agency, or consultancy
- Foundational understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and architecture
- Proficiency in storytelling, messaging framework creation, and narrative development
- Strong creative and design skills including visual storytelling, moodboarding, and concept development
- Experience developing brand identity systems and comprehensive brand books
- Advanced proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong presentation and communication skills with leadership-level deck creation experience
- Ability to translate strategic concepts into visually compelling narratives
- Analytical skills for consumer and cultural research, trend scanning, and competitive brand analysis
- Basic commercial awareness linking brand strategy to business growth, product storytelling, and category alignment
