Job description
The Manager – Business Development at DP World in Dubai is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in white-collar manpower sales and outsourcing. The role drives growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across potential client organizations, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions leveraging We One's capabilities. This position involves close collaboration with internal teams to develop competitive proposals, negotiate contracts, achieve sales targets, and monitor industry trends and competitor activities. The role also includes representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, providing regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics, and continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and process improvement in service delivery. The Manager will play a critical role in expanding market share, building strong client partnerships, and positioning the company as a trusted provider of workforce solutions, while operating in a dynamic, evolving business environment that values inclusion, diversity, and innovation.

- Track, report, and analyze sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics, ensuring timely and accurate updates to senior management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to customize solutions for clients, fostering collaboration and operational alignment across departments.
- Continuously seek process improvements, innovation, and efficiency enhancements in sales strategy, proposal development, client engagement, and service delivery.
- Ensure the achievement of sales KPIs and revenue targets, implementing corrective actions and strategic initiatives to optimize business development performance.
Experience & skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in white-collar workforce solutions, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the white-collar recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing industry, including current trends, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to build, maintain, and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities, including the ability to develop and execute actionable sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client engagement.
