Job description
End-to-end commercial performance of the Group's e-commerce and marketplace business rests with this Senior Manager, from the P&L and growth targets to technology, CMS and last-mile delivery. Revenue, gross margin and contribution margin are owned in full, with traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat rate and CLV as the main levers. Marketplace expansion for in-house brands across Saudi Arabia, India and the GCC is a major focus, including pricing, assortment and fulfilment models. The tech roadmap is shaped with internal and external engineering teams, covering UX, site speed, search, personalisation, checkout and ERP integration. Last-mile operations aim for a flat two-hour fulfilment time across every city served, supported by an in-house delivery fleet. Close alignment with digital marketing and the performance agency keeps CAC, ROAS and contribution margin on target, and the trading calendar drives creative briefs and campaign timing. E-commerce Tech, CMS and Last Mile teams report to you. Candidates need 8 to 10+ years in e-commerce and digital retail, proven P&L ownership with revenue and margin growth and a record of scaling across markets, with GCC, Saudi or India marketplace experience preferred. UAE-based candidates are preferred, though overseas applicants with relevant exposure will be considered.
