Job description
The Business Development Lead at Noon is responsible for driving teacher acquisition, revenue growth, and team performance in Riyadh. This role combines hands-on sales with strategic system-building, team coaching, and cross-functional leadership. You will manage BD Associates, own the CRM, and ensure the end-to-end teacher revenue pipeline operates efficiently and predictably.

Key responsibilities
- Own the full teacher revenue pipeline: prospecting, qualification, closing, activation, retention, and upsell
- Personally close high-value strategic teacher deals
- Support BD Associates in closing medium deals and resolving stalled opportunities
- Deliver accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts
- Design, implement, and enforce CRM pipeline stages, lead qualification, deal ownership, and reporting logic
- Ensure 100% pipeline visibility and data hygiene across the team
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage BD Associates, setting activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
- Shadow calls, review deals, provide structured feedback, and define escalation rules
- Drive teacher adoption, student activation, and expansion revenue through retention and upsell strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate field insights into process improvements
- Produce weekly leadership reports covering revenue, adoption, funnel health, and risks
Experience & skills
- 4–8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Proven experience managing pipelines, revenue targets, and teams
- Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) or ability to self-learn quickly
- Excellent Arabic (Egyptian) and strong English communication skills
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Sheets capabilities
