Job description
The Senior Marketing Manager for Deliveroo Plus is responsible for leading the end-to-end marketing strategy for the subscription program across the Middle East (UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar). This role focuses on driving subscriber acquisition, improving retention, and maximizing customer lifetime value through data-driven marketing strategies. The position requires strong collaboration with product, global marketing, and commercial teams to optimize the subscription offering and deliver measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel strategies to drive subscriber acquisition and conversion from free trials
- Design and implement lifecycle marketing programs to improve retention and reduce churn
- Analyze marketing KPIs, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ROI to optimize performance
- Collaborate with Product and central teams to refine subscription packages and pricing strategies
- Lead campaign planning, testing, and optimization using a test-and-learn approach
- Align regional marketing initiatives with global Deliveroo Plus strategies
- Manage high-volume marketing workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Leverage customer insights to improve engagement and long-term loyalty
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies
- Continuously improve customer experience through data-driven decision-making
Experience & skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in subscription or growth marketing
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation and performance tracking
- Proven experience in digital marketing channels including paid media, CRM, and CRO
- Ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
