Operating within the Acquisition Operations team, the role plays a critical part in building and sustaining captain supply across cities by developing strong vendor partnerships, ensuring consistent captain onboarding, and maintaining high operational standards. The position operates at the intersection of supply growth, partner performance, and on-ground execution, emphasizing ownership, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, AI-powered environment focused on automating workflows and streamlining operations.\n\nThe Lead manages on-ground captain acquisition operations across the UAE, building and maintaining relationships with 3PL partners and logistics suppliers to strengthen the supplier ecosystem. The role supports vendors in improving recruitment, onboarding, and captain readiness processes to ensure captains are trained and operationally ready, while aligning captain supply with growth plans and enforcing supply fulfillment targets such as committed captain numbers onboarded on time.\n\nThe position actively tracks, monitors, and enforces performance metrics to improve partner performance, solve operational bottlenecks, and raise quality standards. Responsibilities include distributing captain uniforms and swag, coordinating onboarding and training initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for resolving day-to-day operational issues with suppliers and captains, and maintaining structured documentation and reporting on acquisition progress, partner performance, and overall supply health.\n\nThe role requires consistent use of data and performance metrics to identify gaps, interpret trends, and drive corrective actions. The Lead must demonstrate intermediate Excel skills to work with reports and performance trackers, use data analysis to guide discussions and decision-making, and manage and guide the team to ensure accountability and high-quality execution within a hybrid working model (4 days in office, 1 day from home).
