The Fraud Scores & Data Solutions Senior Manager at Visa is responsible for managing and promoting risk and identity score solutions within the CEMEA region. This role involves driving the adoption of specialized scoring products among clients such as issuers, acquirers, fintechs, enterprise merchants, payment facilitators, and marketplaces. The position requires a deep understanding of predictive risk intelligence, particularly in the context of transaction fraud, and the ability to adapt global scoring capabilities to meet regional requirements. The manager will collaborate with various internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies, support business growth roadmaps for Risk & Identity Value Added Solutions, and ensure the integration of scoring solutions into Visa's platform capabilities. The role also entails analyzing score performance, providing feedback for product enhancement, and aligning revenue growth plans with broader organizational strategies. A strong background in payments industry knowledge, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement is essential for success in this position.

- Support the development and execution of business growth strategies for Risk & Identity Value Added Solutions
- Validate and adapt global scoring capabilities to meet regional requirements and assess performance impact
- Develop go-to-market plans and adoption drivers to sustain revenue through integration of scores into platform capabilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for scoring products, supporting go-to-market and client engagement teams
- Manage and align revenue growth plans with other Risk & Identity stakeholders and product teams
- Develop and manage go-to-market approaches for Visa's Risk Scores in alignment with global strategies and priorities
Experience & skills
- 5ā10 years of experience in managing specialized scores or predictive risk intelligence products, preferably in payments applications for leading retail or B2B organizations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Management, Product Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in developing scoring solutions, preferably in risk, security, or identity fraud domains
- Analytical ability to interpret data related to score performance and its impact on business KPIs
- Experience in deploying predictive intelligence solutions in scalable fraud risk-related business use cases
- Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and engage with clients in a solution sales environment
- Capability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects and issues effectively
- Experience in identifying growth areas and new business opportunities by anticipating future industry needs and trends
