Job description
Master Works built this role to sit between enterprise business requirements and modern AI capability, turning use cases into working systems rather than slide decks. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to discover, evaluate and prioritize enterprise AI use cases tied to clear business outcomes. Conversational and autonomous AI agents get designed and implemented end to end using Microsoft Foundry, Foundry Agent Service and Microsoft Copilot Studio. Azure AI model inference needs configuring too, orchestrating frontier LLMs, SLMs and domain-specific models within enterprise cost and performance boundaries. Managing Azure subscription resources falls under this role too, covering cost governance, capacity planning and the balance between Pay-As-You-Go and provisioned throughput. Enterprise system integrations get built using Microsoft Power Platform's custom and pre-built connectors. Hybrid connectivity between cloud AI services and local data sources gets architected and secured through On-Premises Data Gateways. Responsible AI guardrails, content filtering, prompt engineering standards and role-based access control all need defining before any of this goes live. The work spans architecture and hands-on build, since designing a secure, scalable solution only counts once it actually integrates cloud AI models with on-premises enterprise data.
