Job description
Senior Consultant Project Manager – Technology & Transformation (Cyber) responsible for supporting Deloitte Consulting Middle East transformation and growth journey by managing large and complex technology transformation and cyber-related projects based in Muscat, Oman. The role involves developing detailed project plans including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution, and ensuring resource availability and allocation across transformation initiatives. The position focuses on managing project scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate verification techniques, measuring project performance using structured tools and methodologies, and monitoring progress to identify improvement opportunities. The role includes reporting and escalating issues to management as required and managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement across technology and cyber transformation projects. The Senior Consultant Project Manager operates within Deloitte Consulting’s Technology & Transformation practice supporting complex transformation engagements, technology implementation programs, and operational initiatives aligned with large-scale consulting delivery models while leveraging project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Asana.

Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven working experience in project management within technology or transformation environments
- Hold Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Possess proficiency in project management tools including MS Project, JIRA, and Asana
- Demonstrate experience managing project scope, schedule, resources, and budget
- Show capability managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional project teams
- Demonstrate experience measuring project performance and reporting project status
- Exhibit strong organizational capability including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification considered an advantage
