Job description
The Fairmont Gold Lounge & Residence Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the exclusive Fairmont Gold Lounge and residence facilities at Fairmont The Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership role ensures the delivery of exceptional luxury hospitality experiences aligned with premium brand standards. The position oversees guest relations, team leadership, financial performance, operational efficiency, and service customization for high-net-worth clientele. The manager drives excellence across all touchpoints, coordinates seamlessly with other hotel departments, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to pre-opening and operational setup activities. The role requires strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering bespoke experiences in a high-end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Fairmont Gold Lounge and residence facilities, ensuring seamless luxury service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a dedicated hospitality team to maintain high performance and service excellence
- Manage guest relations, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency while preserving luxury standards
- Monitor key performance indicators including guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial results
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial targets
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated and seamless guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements
- Design and implement customized programs and services tailored to Fairmont Gold members and residence guests
- Support staff training initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in luxury hospitality operations
- At least 3 years of direct experience managing exclusive lounges, clubs, or residence facilities
- Proven leadership experience in upscale hospitality environments
- Strong expertise in serving high-net-worth clientele and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Demonstrated operational and financial management capabilities including budgeting and cost control
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality technology platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability in complex operational environments
- Knowledge of luxury brand standards and Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations preferred
