Job description
The role involves serving as a Loyalty Product Owner within the aviation sector, requiring strong airline domain expertise and prior experience with loyalty management systems. The position spans product management for large scale projects, including creating product roadmaps and backlogs, providing functional oversight for product delivery, and coordinating with engineering teams. Responsibilities include conducting secondary market research, presenting best practices to stakeholders, managing onshore and offshore coordination, anticipating bottlenecks, highlighting issues, and recommending corrective actions. The role also covers driving business workshops with stakeholders, contributing to account mining, business development, and thought leadership activities, as well as mentoring junior team members and supporting practice development initiatives. Strong Agile experience, IT expertise, and demonstrable experience in similar roles are required.

- Coordinate effectively with onshore, offshore, and client stakeholders during engagements
- Anticipate bottlenecks, highlight issues, and recommend appropriate remedial actions
- Demonstrate strong ability to lead teams in delivery environments
- Show strong experience in Agile methodologies
