Job description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Ounass, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of luxury e-commerce by driving recruitment excellence, enhancing candidate experience, and building talent pipelines. You will lead UAE National hiring to meet Emiratisation targets, manage internship and early-career programs, and deliver data-driven recruitment strategies. Partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs, youâll oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while championing initiatives to improve satisfaction, communication, and engagement across all candidate touchpoints.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to deliver on approved hiring plans and budgets.
- Lead UAE National hiring, ensuring Emiratisation targets are achieved.
- Attend career fairs and build partnerships with universities to create talent pipelines.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for high-volume, specialist, and leadership roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: advertising, pre-screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offers.
- Leverage Teamtailor ATS to manage applications, track recruitment metrics, and generate insights.
- Use creative and technology-led sourcing methods to expand talent reach.
- Oversee end-to-end candidate experience from recruitment through onboarding.
- Manage external agency relationships for onboarding processes.
- Conduct deep dives into candidate experience surveys and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve candidate satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Lead and manage internship and early careers programs, including design, recruitment, and conversion.
- Build strong relationships with educational institutions to attract early-career talent.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activity, pipelines, and UAE National hiring performance.
- Capture competitor salary data and market trends for insights.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide training on recruitment processes.
- Stay up to date with UAE labour legislation relevant to recruitment and national hiring.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
- 7+ yearsâ experience in in-house recruitment, ideally in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing industries.
- Proven track record in UAE National hiring and meeting Emiratisation targets.
- Experience managing internship or early-career programs.
- Experience managing candidate experience programs and driving process improvement.
- Strong working knowledge of Teamtailor ATS or similar recruitment systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR technology solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
