The position demands decisive on-site leadership, proactive issue resolution, strict enforcement of HSE standards to maintain a zero-incident site, and the ability to drive value engineering solutions that optimize cost without compromising quality. The role culminates in ensuring flawless project handover with complete documentation to support long-term operational success.
