Job description
Wipro Middle East is looking for a seasoned leader for the Consumer Sector Head role to drive growth for customers and revenue across UAE & the rest of the Middle East (excluding KSA). This leadership role involves strategic end-to-end management of accounts and executive relationships, with responsibility for revenue growth across Retail, Travel & Logistics, and Conglomerate sectors. The role also includes leading efforts to break into new clients, developing strategies, tactics, and driving change management to achieve exponential growth in the region.

Key responsibilities
- Drive growth for customers and revenue across UAE and rest of the Middle East region (excluding KSA).
- Strategically manage accounts and all executive relationships within them.
- Lead Wipro’s efforts to break into new clients within Retail, Travel & Logistics, and Conglomerates.
- Develop strategies and tactics for exponential growth in the region.
- Lead change management initiatives across accounts.
- Oversee end-to-end account management and revenue generation.
Experience & skills
- 20+ years of experience in leadership roles managing large accounts/business development.
- Strong domain expertise in Retail, Travel & Logistics, and Conglomerates.
- Extensive experience in dealing with C-level executives.
- Strong track record of selling large IT and management consulting services deals.
- Experience managing and growing a portfolio of at least $50M.
- Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Outstanding team building and collaborative skills.
