Job description
EY's Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice in Riyadh works with banks, asset managers and private equity firms, and this Manager / Senior Manager role sits within its Banking and Capital Markets team. Engagements cover finance transformation, operating model design, core banking modernisation, digital channels, data, controls and technology-enabled change. On the private equity side, work spans both the management company and portfolio companies, and a solid grasp of fund controllership, fund accounting and fund structures is expected. Client teams across business, finance, operations, technology, risk and compliance help you define current-state challenges and target-state requirements, which then become roadmaps, process designs and target operating models. Large programmes call for PMO setup, milestone tracking, RAID management, business readiness and executive reporting. AI use cases are increasingly part of the conversation, from intelligent document processing and GenAI-enabled reporting to intelligent reconciliations and predictive controls. Proposals, scope definition and boardroom-ready materials round out the commercial side, and junior team members rely on you for coaching and review. Expect to bring 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally at a top-tier consulting or Big Four firm, serving banking, asset management and private equity clients, with Arabic an advantage.

- Support large-scale transformation programmes through PMO setup, milestone tracking, RAID management, business readiness, change adoption and executive reporting
- Contribute to business development through proposals, credentials, scope definition, effort estimation and client presentations
