Job description
The Operations Executive role supports end-to-end ordering and operational coordination for Cars, Motorcycles (MC), and Power Products (PP) across Honda within Al-Futtaim Automotive. Responsibilities span order creation, submission, and tracking through internal ordering platforms, maintaining accurate order sheets, sharing bookings with Sales, and coordinating approvals for Power Products orders. The role updates planning sheets, prepares mid-month forecasts across business lines, and supports continuous improvement updates and operating reviews. It requires close cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of order-related workflows, including supporting incentive calculations for service contracts. The position involves tracking inbound products, updating arrival sheets, and preparing 10-day and monthly operational reports, as well as managing subsidy-related uploads. Strong proficiency in SAP, Excel, internal documentation systems, and data accuracy is required, combined with analytical discipline and a process-oriented approach within a fast-paced automotive operations environment.

Key responsibilities
- Submit and track orders for Cars, Motorcycles, and Power Products using internal ordering platforms
- Maintain order sheets and support Sales by downloading and sharing bookings
- Coordinate approval processes for Power Products orders
- Update planning sheets and prepare mid-month forecasts across product categories
- Coordinate continuous improvement updates, including relevant operating reviews
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of order-related activities
- Support incentive calculations for service contracts
- Track product arrivals and update arrival sheets
- Prepare and submit 10-day and monthly operational reports
- Upload subsidy-related submissions as required
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Operations or a related field
- Bring 2ā3 years of experience in operations or ordering roles, ideally within automotive or allied products
- Demonstrate proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Show strong data accuracy, problem-solving capability, and process-oriented execution
- Possess effective time management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Be comfortable working with internal documentation and note systems
