Job description
Microsoft is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead strategic customer engagements and drive digital transformation for top-tier enterprise clients in the UAE. The role focuses on understanding client business drivers, orchestrating virtual teams, and delivering technology solutions across cloud, AI, security, and business applications that produce measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Understand customer business drivers and align digital transformation solutions to deliver measurable outcomes
- Initiate and lead strategic conversations with enterprise clients in assigned industries (e.g., transport, retail, hospitality, entertainment)
- Capture and share customer success stories for reference and advocacy
- Develop deep industry knowledge and map opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Manage and execute account plans, ensuring revenue, adoption, and consumption goals are met
- Coordinate and hold virtual teams accountable for delivering on strategic account goals
- Leverage Microsoft partners to scale solutions and expand customer impact
- Track and ensure alignment of sales activities with customer business needs
Experience & skills
- 10+ years in industry roles, consulting, or technology driving digital transformation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related discipline
- Experience with hyperscalers or enterprise technology vendors in cloud, AI, and security
- Proven track record of managing enterprise customer relationships and delivering revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and its business landscape
- Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams and manage complex account strategies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
