Job description
Al Tayer Insignia is seeking an HR Analytics Manager to join its retail HR team in Dubai. The role is responsible for leveraging HR data and advanced analytics to drive decision-making across workforce planning, recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee engagement. This role will develop and maintain HR dashboards, provide actionable insights, and partner with HR and business leaders to enhance people strategies. The HR Analytics Manager will also implement predictive analytics models to forecast workforce trends and continuously improve HR reporting capabilities. This is a strategic position requiring strong data expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills within a luxury retail context.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR leaders and executives to translate organizational goals into HR strategies and KPIs
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards covering recruitment, performance, engagement, compensation, and D&I
- Collect and analyze HR data from multiple systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, surveys)
- Provide insights on HR trends and forecast workforce outcomes using predictive analytics
- Design and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance in collaboration with HR and finance
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support HR strategy
- Stay updated with emerging HR analytics best practices and implement continuous improvements
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–8 years of HR analytics experience in reporting, metrics, and data-driven insights
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and data governance
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with predictive analytics and statistical modeling (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally
- Fluency in English (Arabic an advantage)
