Job description
The Business Development Associate at HAVN Holiday Homes in Dubai is responsible for driving the expansion of the company’s short-term rental portfolio across prime city locations. This on-site role focuses on identifying, engaging, and securing high-quality properties, converting leads into signed contracts, and ensuring consistent pipeline growth. The associate executes high-volume outreach strategies including cold calling, door-knocking, and digital prospecting, while building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, high-net-worth clients, and real estate agents. The role requires deep understanding of the holiday home market, DTCM licensing processes, competitor positioning, and industry trends to strategically acquire properties and scale the business. Success is measured by consistently meeting acquisition targets and fostering partnerships with property owners and developers, while maintaining professional operations and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities
- Scale the holiday home portfolio by consistently securing 8–10 new units per month and maintaining a steady acquisition pipeline.
- Execute high-volume outreach strategies including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and digital prospecting to discover untapped property opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents across Dubai to ensure HAVN is their preferred referral partner.
- Conduct property viewings, present management models to property owners, and manage the sales process from initial contact through contract signing.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform positioning and value proposition for property acquisition.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and close bulk unit acquisitions with property owners and developers.
Experience & skills
- 2–4 years of experience in business development specifically within Dubai’s holiday home market.
- Proactive 'hunter' mindset with experience in cold calling and high-volume outreach.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage HNW property owners and real estate agents effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets in a real estate or short-term rental context.
- Based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license for field-heavy, on-site work.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and execute acquisition strategies with minimal supervision.
