Job description
ISO9001, ISO/TS29001 and ISO10006 form the backbone of the project quality standards this Senior Specialist develops for ADNOC's Group Projects & Engineering (GP&E) function in Abu Dhabi. Quality management runs across four levels, from governance policy and objectives through project procedures and implementation to quality forms and records. BLDs and Group Companies look to you for guidance on meeting those standards, and audits, reviews and verifications measure how well they comply. Master registers for QA/QC risks and Non-conformance Reports are kept current, with closure status tracked and solutions suggested. Third-Party Inspection framework agreements need support, and inspection and testing reports, inspection plans and technical deviations need review. Root cause and failure analysis for material or equipment malfunctions requiring GP&E intervention is led by you. Competency frameworks, learning events and a Project QA/QC Community of Practice help raise quality knowledge across the Group. Staff development, budget input, KPIs and MIS reporting complete the managerial side. A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, 12 years in oil and gas projects including major project quality management, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification are required, along with certifications such as AWS, TWI, NACE or API.
