Experience & skills
- Proven track record of acting on a variety of finance transactions
- Experience working at a Magic Circle or top-tier international law firm
- Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous but not required
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Commercially practical approach to legal problem-solving
- Interest in or affinity for the Middle East legal and financial environment
- Experience advising on Saudi law aspects of international cross-border transactions is a plus
