The Senior Relationship Manager – Financial Institutions Coverage role is based in Dubai within a leading international financial services institution with a strong presence across the Middle East, Europe, and global markets. The position operates within the Financial Institutions (FI) Coverage team, reporting to the Head of Financial Institutions, and focuses on managing and expanding relationships with financial institutions, non-bank financial institutions (NBFI), and sovereign wealth funds (SWF). The role is responsible for leading and supporting origination activities, contributing to regional revenue objectives, and managing specific client accounts while delivering tailored financial solutions. The position involves structuring financing solutions in collaboration with product partners across corporate finance, capital markets, and other specialist teams, leveraging deep knowledge of banking products, FI credit, and structuring methodologies. The candidate is responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality client-facing materials including pitchbooks, term sheets, transaction summaries, and marketing documentation. The role includes supporting execution of live transactions, performing due diligence, conducting financial modelling and analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, client analysis, attending client meetings, and representing the organization at industry events. The position requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders across regional coverage teams, credit, legal, and operations functions, as well as global teams. The role also involves mentoring junior colleagues, managing workstreams, and ensuring adherence to internal procedures while handling multiple priorities under tight timelines.
