The Sr. Manager/Studio Planning & Delivery role in Dubai oversees project roadmaps and delivery across UX, UI, content, and CMS domains within a dynamic design studio setting. Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans for design and content teams
- Oversee end-to-end delivery processes across design, content, and CMS teams
- Ensure agile, sprint-based execution for integrated design and content workflows
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to prioritize and manage project pipeline
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across UX, UI, content, and CMS teams
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including designers, strategists, and CMS managers, for seamless execution
- Align with business units, IT, and digital channels to balance feasibility and requirements
- Communicate clearly with leadership and manage vendor expectations
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency while driving quality
- Identify and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization
- Establish KPIs and performance tracking for studio output
- Use data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Promote a culture of innovation, learning, and process improvement within the team
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Project Management, Design, Business or related field
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or PMP preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a design studio or digital content environment
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital projects
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience in agile environments and working with cross-functional teams
