Job description
The Junior Creative supports the Lead Creative and the in-house Agency team at Huda Beauty by developing visual content including imagery mockups, video storyboards and billboard mockups, translating creative concepts into compelling visual executions and ensuring all creative output aligns with the brandās aesthetics, DNA, messaging and objectives. The role assists in producing campaign decks and presentations, supporting Creative Producers with persuasive creative decks for campaign shoots and participating in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas aligned with brand strategy. Responsibilities include supporting marketing and product campaign development, collaborating closely with Creative, Marketing and Production teams to ensure timely project completion and working with the internal post-production team by overseeing selects, retouching notes and final image crops across all channels. The role requires ongoing trend research, sourcing references and creating moodboards to influence visual direction. The position demands 2+ years of experience in creative design or related fields with strong visual storytelling capabilities, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), understanding of visual design principles including layout and composition, strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with branding and marketing principles, a portfolio showcasing relevant work, and knowledge or interest in makeup and beauty with strong attention to detail. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

- Assist in developing and designing visual content including imagery mockups, video storyboards and billboard mockups
- Develop creative concepts and visual executions delivering high-quality assets for campaigns and brand initiatives

- Conduct trend research, source references and create moodboards to support creative development and visual direction
Experience & skills
- Possess 2+ years of experience in creative design or related creative field with strong visual storytelling focus
- Have strong understanding of visual design principles, layout and composition
- Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to articulate creative concepts
- Provide a portfolio showcasing relevant design work
