The Specialist Pricing & Tender Management at Noatum Logistics, part of AD Ports Group in the United Arab Emirates, is responsible for managing the full tender lifecycle and overseeing pricing strategies for logistics and supply chain contracts. Noatum Logistics operates as a global freight forwarding and logistics provider delivering integrated supply chain solutions including international transport, project cargo logistics, customs services, and complex logistics operations across 33 countries. The role involves project managing the entire tender and proposal submission process from registration through final award decision, ensuring compliance with all customer requirements and the timely submission of Request for Quotation (RFQ) response packages. The position anchors the tender strategy related to pricing and value proposition, working closely with internal stakeholders to translate commercial strategies into accurate and competitive submissions. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional departments such as Operations, HSSEQ, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to collect inputs and validate tender documentation. The Specialist organizes tender kick-off meetings, assigns responsibilities, and ensures accountability for milestone tracking during the submission process. The role also involves building and maintaining a tender library containing mandatory documentation such as certificates, statutory forms, and standardized value propositions to improve efficiency and submission quality. The position requires reviewing and consolidating operational, commercial, legal, and financial risks associated with tenders and presenting risk assessments during tender preparation meetings. The Specialist prepares and validates tender documentation ensuring full compliance with specifications and customer requirements while maintaining updated customer registrations and vendor qualification documentation. The role collaborates with business development teams, project managers, finance departments, and project control teams to ensure contract pricing activities align with internal guidelines. The Specialist analyzes market conditions and pricing data to design competitive pricing structures, monitors key performance indicators including EBITDA, profit margins, pricing metrics, customer acquisition costs, and sales volumes to identify revenue optimization opportunities, and negotiates pricing with freight carriers to secure competitive freight terms. The position also collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to track market trends, customer demand, and competitive positioning while maintaining an internal price repository for logistics products and services.

- Lead pricing negotiations with freight carriers to secure competitive freight terms and optimized logistics pricing
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Development teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Maintain and publish an internal price repository for logistics products and services to support consistent pricing strategies
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrate 5–7 years of professional experience in pricing, tender management, or sales roles within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Possess hands-on experience managing tender submissions, RFQ processes, and pricing proposals for logistics services
- Demonstrate knowledge of supply chain operations including international transport, project cargo logistics, and freight forwarding processes
- Show ability to analyze pricing data, market trends, and financial metrics to develop competitive pricing strategies
- Possess experience negotiating pricing agreements with freight carriers or logistics service providers
- Demonstrate ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, legal, and commercial departments during tender preparation
- Maintain knowledge of financial performance indicators including EBITDA, profit margins, pricing metrics, customer acquisition costs, and sales volume
- Possess strong understanding of tender compliance documentation, statutory forms, and contract pricing guidelines within logistics operations
