Job description
Transguard Group is recruiting an Operations Manager - Facilities Management Soft Services for their Integrated Facilities Services team based at their HQ in DAFZA, Dubai. The role oversees all aspects of cleaning operations, focusing on delivering high-quality services, client satisfaction, and efficient staff management. It requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities to maintain excellence in cleaning activities across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a valid UAE driving license, proficiency in CAFM systems, and the ability to implement innovative solutions and cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Ensure daily deployments are aligned with contractual agreements.
- Monitor and ensure timely invoicing and client approvals.
- Track contract spending and ensure it remains within budget.
- Maintain contractual KPIs as per scope.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for new contract mobilizations.
- Maintain communication with internal departments and clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings to ensure smooth contract operations.
- Handle client escalations and operational needs promptly.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to improve efficiency.
- Ensure cleaning operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Provide staff training on safe cleaning practices and chemical usage.
- Create work schedules aligned with contractual scopes.
- Monitor and review all SLAs monthly.
- Report service variations and ensure client agreement.
- Utilize CAFM systems effectively for operational management.
- Maintain records of activities, inventory, staff performance, and finances.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management.
- Ensure all service documentation is compliant and up-to-date.
- Conduct site inspections to verify service quality.
- Develop client feedback systems to enhance service delivery.
- Implement technology solutions and new cleaning methods.
Experience & skills
- 3ā5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelorās degree required.
- BICS certification preferred.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
- Extensive computer literacy and reporting skills.
- Strong knowledge of CAFM systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for inspections and meetings.
- Availability to work outside normal hours as needed.
