Job description
Pfizer is seeking a dynamic and motivated Health Representative for its operations in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on promoting Pfizerās pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring customer engagement, driving product growth, and supporting the broader business through effective territory ownership and strategic planning. The Health Representative will build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, execute territory business plans, and participate in events and market intelligence activities. This is a field-based role that demands a strong understanding of therapeutic areas, competitive landscape, and effective communication and sales skills.

Key responsibilities
- Visit physicians to promote Pfizer products and distribute marketing materials and product samples.
- Deliver accurate, approved medical information to healthcare professionals.
- Report visits and activities using PforceRx and maintain administrative systems.
- Build strong relationships with KOLs and other key physicians in the assigned territory.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and product access issues.
- Diagnose local territory dynamics and develop corresponding territory action plans.
- Prepare and execute POA and territory business plans aligned with sales objectives.
- Organize AV meetings, PHM activities, and value-added programs for customer engagement.
- Share customer and territory insights with team members to support collaborative success.
- Participate in regular sales and cycle meetings, and contribute to market intelligence.
- Ensure up-to-date maintenance of customer records, plans, and reporting systems.
- Actively pursue personal development and continuous learning in product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Undertake additional assignments as directed by the line manager to support business goals.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Pharmacy is required.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Excellent product knowledge and understanding of therapeutic areas.
- Effective selling and presentation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Young, dynamic, and motivated personality with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous sales or field experience is a plus.
