Job description
Signature clients sit at the very top of Emirates NBD's Priority Banking base, and this Dubai relationship director looks after them as key customers. The posting is for future openings, so applications feed a pipeline for upcoming vacancies. Revenue, deposit growth, customer acquisition, cross-selling and new-to-bank account opening targets all apply. Relationships are started, grown and retained, while new business contributes to the unit's development goals. Customer Service teams work closely with you so Signature clients get a smooth experience, and CSAT scores stay on target. Operational risk, sales process and ethical selling policies guide every interaction. Where a team of RMs is assigned, you provide direction so customer needs are met proactively. Eight to ten years in banking, ideally in sales or relationship management, is required, along with experience managing large teams and clients in the UAE or region. A flexible work policy applies.
