Job description
The Compliance Monitoring Auditor plays a critical role in supporting the organizationās compliance monitoring objectives. This role involves conducting periodic internal audits and inspections within operational areas, identifying non-conformities, ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive measures, and assisting in maintaining compliance with both internal and regulatory standards. The Specialist ensures operational manuals are up-to-date, supports foreign operator approval processes, and works closely with various stakeholders to verify and track compliance efforts. This position demands high attention to regulatory detail, operational knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with both internal departments and external authorities.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct routine and independent audits across relevant operational areas to proactively identify compliance issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Review audit findings with operational teams and service providers, facilitating the discussion of corrective actions.
- Investigate non-conformities thoroughly and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions along with proper follow-up verification.
- Monitor and confirm that appropriate remedial actions are executed within set timelines for all reported findings.
- Assist in the approval and audit processes of foreign operators and other regulatory projects in collaboration with relevant authorities.
- Verify and review operational manuals to ensure alignment with the latest standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support tracking and follow-up on operational approvals and ensure application submissions to regulatory bodies are complete and timely.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Compliance Monitoring Program through analysis, insights, and audit result interpretation.
- Maintain audit records, document non-conformities, and ensure accurate documentation in line with company policies.
- Comply with and promote Information Security and Risk (ISR) policies in day-to-day activities, including awareness training and incident reporting.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās Degree with a minimum of three years in a relevant field such as Aviation, Engineering, or Quality Management.
- 6 to 8 years of total professional experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on auditing experience in an aviation operational environment.
- Certified ISO 9000 QMS Auditor or Lead Auditor is required.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and audit procedures within the aviation sector.
- Current or expired Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is preferred, indicating deep operational knowledge.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with compliance monitoring techniques, documentation control, and audit reporting.
- Ability to manage corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs) effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and capability to interpret and respond to complex regulatory environments.
- Commitment to continuous compliance with ISR (Information Security & Risk) policies and company governance procedures.
