Job description
The Manager - Content & Creative for Home Centre UAE is responsible for driving the planning, development, and execution of omnichannel content strategies across paid media, CRM channels, and influencer campaigns. This includes overseeing multi-format content creation for platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, conceptualizing video-led and interactive formats, reviewing ad copies, CRM push notifications, emailers, and WhatsApp content to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence. The role requires partnering with internal Performance and CRM Marketing teams to optimize creatives based on CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and implementing A/B testing frameworks. The manager serves as the primary liaison for creative agencies, aligning on messaging and campaign objectives, and stays up to date with emerging trends, competitor strategies, and new content formats to drive innovation and engagement. The role is highly data-driven, results-focused, and requires strong storytelling, visual aesthetics, and creative leadership to influence business performance and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute the annual campaign calendar aligned with business goals
- Lead creative development of multi-format content for paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Conceptualize and execute interactive and video-led ad formats to drive engagement and campaign performance
- Review and approve visual and written assets including ad copies, CRM push notifications, emailers, and WhatsApp content ensuring brand alignment and creative excellence
- Manage timelines, feedback loops, and quality control for all campaign deliverables
- Act as key liaison for creative agencies, providing insight-driven briefs and ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with business priorities
- Partner with Performance and CRM Marketing teams to continuously test and optimize creatives using KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to refine messaging, creative formats, and campaign strategies
- Work with influencer agencies to craft campaign concepts, provide briefs, and ensure influencer output meets brand guidelines
- Oversee production of influencer content including product unboxings, styling videos, and storytelling pieces
- Partner with paid media teams to amplify top-performing influencer content through targeted boosts
- Stay up to date with trends on TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and emerging platforms, and monitor competitor content strategies
- Identify opportunities to leverage new content formats and digital innovations to enhance engagement and business performance
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in content creation for an e-commerce company or online startup
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or creative strategy, preferably in e-commerce, home decor, or furniture
- Experience creating content specific to paid media platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, and Snapchat
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong visual aesthetics
- Experience analyzing performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and using data to guide creative decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Ability to brief and manage creative agencies effectively
