Job description
Consults on technology strategy and enterprise architecture within the travel sector, driving tech-enabled transformation and value creation. Leads structured analysis of complex technologyâbusiness challenges, identifies strategic opportunities, aligns business and IT priorities, manages consulting workstreams end-to-end, and produces thought leadership. Collaborates with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and guide large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and solve complex technology-related business problems using structured, data-driven approaches
- Assess performance gaps and define value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology
- Lead small engagements or workstreams independently, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction
- Manage engagement financials, planning, and team workloads
- Support business development and nurture pull-through opportunities with clients and Accenture teams
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align technology and business priorities
- Develop and contribute to Accentureâs technology strategy knowledge base and communities of practice
- Create thought leadership assets with strategic insights and recommendations
- Engage with senior client management to present findings and secure buy-in
- Drive advisory work across IT strategy, digital strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud, and analytics
Experience & skills
- 4â8 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in IT/digital technology strategy
- Proven consulting background or strong in-house experience in digital strategy, enterprise architecture, or pre-sales
- Experience in travel, hospitality, aviation, or related industries
- Expertise in technology strategy disciplines such as enterprise architecture, operating models, cloud, data & analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with value-driven thinking
- Ability to lead teams and manage client engagements end-to-end
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive engagement
- Arabic speaking and fluent English
