Job description
The Senior Manager â Social Media Analytics at Huda Beauty leads the social analytics function, responsible for measuring performance across all social platforms and providing strategic insights that drive engagement, brand growth, and business outcomes. Based in Dubai, this role combines technical analytical expertise with a strong understanding of digital platforms, trends, and content strategies. The position involves managing a team of analysts, developing analytics frameworks, and collaborating closely with Social Strategy, Paid Media, Creative, Influencer, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure that data-driven insights inform creative and strategic decisions. The Senior Manager will design and oversee dashboards and reports, lead social listening and competitive intelligence efforts, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and develop audience insights that guide content creation, influencer strategies, and audience targeting. The role emphasizes leadership, innovation, and collaboration, with a focus on integrating analytics into the core of Huda Beautyâs global digital marketing ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the social analytics strategy and roadmap for Huda Beautyâs global social channels
- Lead and mentor a team of social media analysts, fostering a culture of insight-driven decision-making
- Serve as the primary analytics partner to senior leaders across Social, Brand, and Paid Media
- Create and oversee dashboards and reporting systems consolidating data from multiple social media platforms
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and campaign-based performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Conduct social listening and competitive analysis using platforms such as Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, or Brandwatch
- Identify emerging trends, competitive shifts, and cultural moments that inform brand campaigns and activations
- Define success metrics for social and paid media campaigns and evaluate ROI across channels
- Develop behavioral, demographic, and psychographic audience profiles to support targeting and engagement strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, E-commerce, and PR to align on KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Champion a data-first culture across marketing teams by translating analytics into clear, actionable insights for creative and strategic teams
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Have 8+ years of experience in social media analytics or digital insights, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrate proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel for data visualization and analysis
- Show strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement metrics, and key performance indicators
- Exhibit exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Prove ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and creative strategies
- Demonstrate experience working collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Show familiarity with social listening tools such as Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, or Brandwatch
