Huspy, a leading property technology (PropTech) company in EMEA operating across the UAE and Spain and expanding into Saudi Arabia and additional European markets, is seeking a Senior/Lead Mobile Engineer (React Native) to contribute to building its SuperApp for real estate agents and mortgage brokers. The role focuses on developing high-quality, maintainable and scalable mobile applications using React Native within a fast-moving cross-functional team of engineers, product managers and designers. The engineer will lead mobile initiatives in React Native, contribute to a shared cross-platform codebase, and ensure smooth releases to app stores including App Store and Google Play. The position requires writing high-quality, testable and maintainable code, improving legacy code through refactoring, following and contributing to established code patterns and engineering quality standards, and applying SOLID principles to design scalable modules and robust mobile architecture. The role includes active participation in product discovery, simplifying product and technical design, resolving ambiguities directly with Designers and Product Managers, and collaborating with Product, Design and Data stakeholders to drive localization and feature delivery. The Senior/Lead Mobile Engineer is expected to demonstrate strong software craftsmanship, promote best practices across the team, proactively communicate within the team, and take ownership of engineering excellence while supporting hybrid work in Dubai or Madrid or remote work within the EU, with relocation support available.
