Job description

The Director of Trade & Execution will be part of the International Markets desk, responsible for executing equity, FX, and derivative orders, handling client interactions, and ensuring compliance with trading regulations. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Provide seamless execution on electronic and voice platforms to customers of the bank as well as RMs and IAs
- Provide customers timely execution by voice and electronic means in the FX, Equity and Derivative markets
- Handle client calls and provide regular market updates
- Manage buy and sell orders received over phone / OMS & EMSX
- Ensure best execution of all orders choosing appropriate algo based on order size and market liquidity
- Maintain balances for buy vs sell
- Client MTM and margin call monitoring
- Adhere to local regulatory policies and trading venue rules
- Execute client orders in line with best execution practices
Experience & skills
- The job role will require the candidate to work flexi hours to ensure round the clock trading access for customers
- Minimum Bachelorâs degree
- At least 5 to 7 yearsâ experience in the financial services industry
- Experience of Execution platforms and knowledge of the various Asset classes international markets
- Knowledge of UAE Central Bank AML rules and regulations
- Knowledge of banking products and operations
- Technical knowledge of Local and International Equity Markets & listed global Derivatives
