Job description
The Project Manager - Logistics at GMG, operating under the Trilogi division in Dubai, is responsible for overseeing the progress of ongoing and upcoming logistics-related projects, ensuring timely completion within budget, scope, and desired quality standards. The role mandates close coordination with internal and external stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, and Procurement to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies. It requires excellence in project delivery through standardization of processes, frameworks, tools, and performance metrics across infrastructure, automation, transformation, and sustainability initiatives. The Project Manager develops centralized dashboards using Power BI to monitor KPIs such as cost, time, safety, and risk, while maintaining portfolio health through budget utilization, baseline adherence, resource alignment, and milestone tracking. Responsibilities also include ensuring strong risk management, conducting regular audits, post-mortems, and lessons-learned reviews, as well as supporting research, development, and innovation pilots aligned with Trilogi’s strategic priorities in logistics and digital innovation. The role requires deep industry-specific knowledge, analytical skills to interpret data into actionable insights, and proficiency with advanced project management tools and methodologies.
