The Manager – Core Banking Program – Trade Operations at Mashreq is responsible for managing key sub-functions and deliverables within the Core Banking project, with end-to-end accountability from program initiation to implementation. The role involves assisting the Operations Lead in delivering the next-generation Oracle FLEXCUBE platform, coordinating operational process changes, and ensuring configuration alignment with new functionalities. The individual collaborates closely with the implementation team to manage product and process integration, supports the development and execution of Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT, and reviews test cases. The role includes validating data flows across Oracle FLEXCUBE, retail/corporate channels, and surrounding systems, identifying and resolving data quality issues, and advising on digital journey integration. The manager will also support documentation efforts including BRDs and FSDs, working cross-functionally with technology and business stakeholders to optimize integration and ensure readiness for implementation. This position demands strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, as well as experience in project management within a banking environment.
